ULTRA SKY TRAİL INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN MARATHON TO BE HELD IN TURKEY

The 6th Erciyes Ultra Sky Trail International Mountain Marathon will be held in the province of Kayseri in the central part of Turkey on July 1-2.

The organizer of the event, which will be held in the resort area of Erciyes, is Middle Earth Travel.

Races at a distance of 64, 45, 25, and 12 kilometers will be held in 5 stages.

There is also a competition in the VK Race VK Race category, where participants will have to overcome 1000 meters. This is the highest vertical race in Europe.

On this 1,000-meter-high track, athletes start from a height of 2,350 meters in the town of Hisardzhik Kapi and finish at an altitude of 3,360 meters at the “Ottoman thesis üst istasyonu” point.

For the first time in the history of the marathon, it includes a 45-kilometer stage starting from the ancient city of Goreme in the Develi region.

The organizers of the competition hope that Erciyes will become one of the leaders in the field of sports tourism in the future.
