Utilities
Aydat – payment for the maintenance and maintenance of housing.It is a monthly fee for the maintenance and maintenance of housing in a complex or residential area. This fee is charged to cover the costs of public services, repairs and maintenance of common areas, including swimming pool, gardens and elevators.

Gas supply. The gas supply fee is set in accordance with the volume of gas consumed and the tariffs set by gas companies. It is worth considering that in most cities of Turkey, residents use gas cylinders. One balloon is enough for about 4 months. Its cost is about $ 20.

Heating The amount of the fee depends on the heating system used (gas, electric or other) and the amount of resources consumed. In warm regions, there are usually enough air conditioners, respectively, electricity bills in the cold period will be more.
