At the appointment time, all buyers and sellers (or their proxies) at the deed must be present with their identity documents

Payment receipts should be given to the officer who made the transaction.

Sales documents in the contracting room must be signed by all buyers and sellers

If the loan is used, the loan opening documents should be signed at the bank - (for those who will use the loan)

Actions to be taken after the Title Deed Day:

Relevant institutions should be visited for invoice transfer procedures.

Residence transfer procedures should be done by going to the Population Directorate.

Property tax notification must be made to the relevant municipality
