The Sultans of the Net became the European champions. The Turkish National Women's Volleyball Team won its first championship in its history by beating Serbia 3-2 in the 2023 CEV European Championship final.
Defeating Serbia 3-2 in the final, The National Women's Volleyball Team became the European champion for the first time. The Crescent-Star team, which had made it to the finals in 2003 and 2019, lost both matches and won the silver medal.
The Sultans of the Net, who won all 9 matches they played in the tournament, became the undefeated champion. A National Women's Volleyball Team, which won the last 6 matches in the Nations League, extended its undefeated streak to 15 matches.
Eda Erdem, captain of the European champion National Women's Volleyball Team, received the trophy from CEV President Aleksandar Boricic.
