NATURAL GAS IN ALANYA

The biggest obstacle in terms of natural gas, which Alanya has been waiting for a long time, has been overcome. The decision to expropriate the route through which the pipeline will pass, through which natural gas will flow to our region, was published in the Official Gazette (Decision No. 5260 of March 7, 2022) after the signature of our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“We will immediately do all the work that will fall on us so that our Alanya can receive natural gas as soon as possible.”
Alanya Municipality Mayor Adem Murat Yucel noted that Alanya Municipality is fulfilling all its obligations to provide citizens with cheap and clean energy, and we were determined to fulfill our obligations in all matters. For Alanya to receive natural gas as soon as possible, our municipality has started the necessary work along the natural gas line and the necessary work along the route. “I would like to thank our Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and Deputy President of Antalya Abdurrahman, our regional deputies, and everyone who contributed to the decision to expropriate and supply natural gas to our region,” says Adem Murat Yucel.
